Although we focus on the two-flat model, you can accomplish the goal of getting started with any 2,3 or 4-flat property. A 3 or 4-flat property is a much bigger responsibility but it is much more impactful when it comes to getting a good start. Keep in mind you are challenging yourself to be more responsible but all things good require hard work.
