If you are rehabbing your building make sure you use the proper sequence. It is very important to make sure that you do things in order to avoid double work. There will be an urge to do things to get an immediate satisfaction by seeing some results. But the best thing to do is to make sure that you are doing things in the proper sequence because that will save time and money. For instance you don’t want to install cabinets on a wall before it is painted because you will need to cut around the cabinets if you do which will take more time because you will need to be careful to not get paint on them, whereas if you just get the walls painted first you can do it a lot easier without the burden of having to go around cabinets. Also if you need roofing, do that first because you want to protect your investment. It would be terrible to install drywall and you have a roof leak then your work gets damaged, then you will have to start all over again. So keep in mind to do things in order so you can avoid rework and wasting time.
